Terms of Service

By using Simply The News, you agree to the following:

• You will use the site for personal, non-commercial use unless you've made other arrangements with us.
• You won't scrape the site at a rate that interferes with normal operation.
• You won't impersonate other people or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Article content is owned by its original publishers. We link to it; we don't host it.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to abuse the service.

These terms may change. When we update them, we email every active account holder to let them know, with a link to the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the site after that notification is acceptance of the new terms.
