Privacy Policy

v1.0 placeholder — not yet reviewed by counsel.

This page is a placeholder. The text below is illustrative only and is not a binding privacy policy. Real privacy policies — especially under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regimes — require legal review and accurate data-handling descriptions before the site is opened to the public.

Here's a rough sketch of what we collect and why. This is NOT a final statement.

Information you give us

  • Account email and a derived username, when you sign up.
  • Notification preferences (which alerts you want, when, in what time zone).
  • Anything you save (articles, topics, topicgroups).

Information we collect automatically

  • Standard server logs (IP, user agent, request path) for security and debugging.
  • Device push tokens, if you opt into push notifications.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data to third parties.
  • We don't run third-party advertising.
  • We don't track you across other sites.
