Hayden Panettiere Died From Accidental Fentanyl Overdose, Coroner Says

Actress Hayden Panettiere, known for Heroes and Nashville, died from an accidental overdose of fentanyl and several other drugs, the Greenville County Coroner's Office in South Carolina confirmed. The 36-year-old was found unresponsive in an apartment on August 16 and had no signs of trauma at autopsy.
